'Stolen Heat' by Elisabeth Naughton (Romantic Suspense)
'A Duke of her Own' by Eloisa James (Historical)
'The Goddess of the Hunt' by Tessa Dare (Historical)
'Written on your Skin' by Meredith Duran (Historical)
'Black Silk' by Judith Ivory (reissue)

I am very excited about Twilight of a Queen. I still haven't read the fourth book, but loved the first three!

LOL, none of the books that you have on your list is on mine ^_^;

I'm looking forward to Now I See You (or Her) by Karen Rose. The new Sherrilyn Kenyon because it's going to buy Fang!! Finally! With Seduction in Mind by Laura Lee Guhrke, Hunting Ground by Patrica Briggs and Stolen Heat by Elisabeth Naughton because of Kristie :P

Sarah - What about your library? Can you get Hot Pursuit there?

I haven't read the Chelsea Cain books yet. I am not sure if they would appeal to me. What is the gruesome factor? If it is heavy on the gore, I am not sure I could stomach it.

I still have to read the first Elizabeth Naughton.

Marg - Fourth book? I thought this was the fourth book. I have only read the first three. I didn't even realized that she had plans to write more to this series as all the sisters got their stories. I really enjoyed it though and look forward to more.

Nath - I do plan on eventually getting to the Rose and Naughton, but I want to read their previous books first, so it will be a while til I can get to them. I have Hunting Ground on my list, but I will post closer to September since it releases late this month. I never know when to include those late releases.

My local library doesn't stock many books in English - sob! It's not that tragic, actually, as I have yet to read 'Dark of Night' and I prefer to read series books in order. Chelsea Cain is more violent than Karen Rose, but less gruesome than Karin Slaughter. If you want all violence to occur off page, Cain is probably not for you.

Sarah - Hmmmm.... I thought Karen Rose's books were very thrilling almost bordering on graphic, but it was fine, I could handle it. I haven't ever read Slaughter, but I probably won't ever since it's pretty extreme. I am going to think about the Cain books. Wendy the Super Librarian and Keishon Avid Book Reader have both blogged about them. I am still on the fence. Isn't it about a serial killer and isn't she the protagonist?

Yes, a female serial killer is one of the main characters. The others are a young journalist and a cop. They're unusual books. I liked them a lot.

Sarah - Is there any romance - maybe between the journalist and the cop?
