RT Convention launches a website

A few weeks ago RT (Romantic Times) Magazine launched the first ever website for their annual Book Lover's Convention. I have been to the convention the last two years and I wouldn't dream of missing it next year. It is going to be in Los Angeles, California and hasn't been on the west coast for a number of years.

The website is very conclusive featuring all the workshops that will be held as well as the details surrounding those events. It also lists the authors who will be participating. Keep in mind that the agenda and authors attending aren't yet complete, but you can get an idea of the thought and planning that goes into this event.

I have had such a wonderful time attending this event the last two years. I have made so many friends and met many wonderful authors. I really hope that fellow bloggers and readers from the west coast who haven't been able to attend in the past will be able make it in April. I think RT is making next year's convention top of line since it is in LA. So far they have a really exciting agenda.

I entice you to go and check it out. Let me know if you have plans to attend. April will be here before you know it!

I'm thinking about going. But I also might be going back to school in the spring. So no set decision yet. :P

I might be able to go for the signing on Saturday. I'm not crazy for big crowds but it would be fun to meet other bloggers.

Ames - I know how important school is, but I hope you can make it!!

Lori - Yay, I'm so excited. I can't wait to meet you. I will be there too!!!!

Leslie - I did that with RWA this summer. I was only able to attend the book signing in Orlando. Big crowds are not my thing either but I was able to meet up with Kristie J and Wendy (Super Librarian). That was a wonderful treat. It will be so fun to meet in person! I look forward to it.

I was going to try and get to Australia/New Zealand next year, but the broken leg has made me rethink that (money don't you know) so now I'm thinking I just might try and get to this one. I've met a lot of the SoCal bloggers and this will be a great chance to meet up with them again - and you too of course!!

Kristie - I heard about your leg. I hope you get better real soon. LA sounds like so much fun. Jeff my husband is going to come with me. He isn't going to hang around RT though. He will do his own thing and he has even bought tickets to a basketball game. I'm glad I won't have to worry about him being bored sitting in his room alone. He is already making plans without me, LOL!
