Okay, so this is totally crazy but I am only looking forward to reading ONE book in December. That is Dying Scream by Mary Burton. I haven't ever read her before, but I am always looking for new authors to worship and this one sounded pretty darn good. Dying Scream is a romantic suspense and here is the summary blurb:
NO ONE WILL FIND YOU.
An aspiring artist. A high-school senior. A stripper. Three women who seemed to have nothing in common except their sudden disappearance. But one man knew them all. Wealthy, privileged Craig Thornton even claimed to love them. And for that, they paid the ultimate price.
NO ONE WILL SAVE YOU
When Adrianna Barrington receives an anniversary card from her husband Craig, she assumes it's a some crackpot's idea of a joke. After all Craig is dead. But then come phone calls, flowers, messages...all reminding her how much Craig misses her. While Adrianna begins to doubt her sanity, grisly remains are found on the Thornton estate. Detective Gage Hudson is convinced the bodies are linked to Craig. But the biggest shocks are yet to come.
NO ONE WILL HEAR YOU SCREAM
A psychopath has taken up his chilling work again, each death a prelude to the moment when she is under his control at last. And the only way for Gage and Adrianna to stop him is to uncover the truth about a family's dark past--and a twisted love that someone will kill for again and again
I am always looking to discover new authors. Are there any books out there that sound really good but you haven't ever read the author before? Also, since this was a slow month for me, are there any December releases you are curious about and would like to see me review?

Mary Burton used to write westerns for Harlequin Historical. I've still got maybe one or two in the TBR, but of the ones I read? Very much comfort-type reads. I'd zip through them in a day, practically devour them, like the stories well enough....
And then 24 hours later wouldn't recall a darn thing about them. Seriously. I always have to go back and reread my reviews to refresh my memory. If I'm recalling correctly, I tend to really like heroines and am about 75/25 on her heroes (like 'em/want to smack 'em).
Alas, I have not read any of her romantic suspense - so I'm no help there.
Hi there! I HAVE read her romantic suspense and they are wonderful!!! I think after you read Dying Scream (I can't wait to get my hands on a copy) you will hunt up the rest of rom suspense books! At least I hope you like her books as much as I do. For new releases, check out Jo Davis's Hidden Fire: The Firefighters of Station 5, her books are good. Jayne A Krentz's Fired Up;Stephanie Rowe's Chill; Stephanie Tyler's Too Hot to Hold; Christine Feehan's Street Game; Karen Kelley's Dating Outside Your DNA. Well, that's what I'm looking forward to in December!!
Wendy - I didn't realize Barton has been around for a while. If I like this one, I may just find myself looking up her westerns. I am always looking for a good western!
Martha - I have heard good stuff about Jo Davis. I really ought to look into her writing, as firefighters do sound appealing.
I didn't know Feehan had another release in her Game series. I have fallen behind in that series, but I actually prefer that series to her Carpathian one. Thanks for the recs!
I don't care for her Carpathian series at all!! Too hard to read or something! I like her shifter series too. I haven't read the Drake sisters yet, but they llok good. (btw, I liked Mary Burton's westerns!!)
I always have to go back and reread my reviews to refresh my memory.
Lingerie Access
