Random and not related to the post at all, but I was just reading the books for your challenge and you have listed The Flame and The Flower and Whitney My Love - I CAN NOT Wait to hear your opinion -to me these two books were truly horrendous LOL. Exactly the reason why it took me so long to get into romance - true bodice rippers at their best (or worst).
And I am dying to read Thunder and Roses but I can not find it anywhere *whines*
Ana, Everyone talks about how they cut their teeth on those books. It is really going to depend on the heroine, because if she acts like a brat, it is a very good possibility I will not like the book. Whitney, My Love is next on the list. I read Thunder and Roses last week. I will be posting a review soon. I got my copy from the library.
